Pizzi Offers Expertise On the Authentication of Digital Evidence

ROSELAND, N.J., December 21, 2009 ---- Internet and Information Law partner Peter J. Pizzi was quoted at length in PublicSafety IT magazine on the subject of methods for authenticating digital evidence.   

Pizzi is on the Executive Committee of the NYSBA’s Commercial and Federal Litigation Section and Co-Chair of the Section’s Internet and Litigation Committee. He also is former co-chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Internet and Computer Law Committee.
