Neil Mody Educates Insurance Claim Professionals on Emerging
Issues
in Coverage Law
ROSELAND, N.J., September 27, 2010
---
Neil V. Mody delivered a series of CLE-accredited
educational seminars to senior claim executives, in-house
and outside counsel, and insurance adjusters on new
developments in insurance coverage law at the 2010 Central
Regional Adjusters Conference hosted by the Property Loss
Research Bureau and Liability Insurance Research Bureau on
September 13-15 in Columbus, Ohio. Each of the interactive
educational programs featured spirited and collegial
discussions and debates over key coverage issues facing
insurance claim managers in jurisdictions around the
nation. Based on positive feedback, Mody was invited to
lecture on additional insurance coverage developments,
including at the upcoming Western Regional Conference
scheduled for November in Anaheim, California.
