ROSELAND, N.J. / August 26, 2010 --- Connell Foley LLP has achieved Metropolitan First-Tier Ranking in specialty areas of Construction Law, and Eminent Domain and Condemnation Law in the rankings of “Best Law Firms,” presented in the October 2010 premier issue produced by U.S. News Media Group in conjunction with Best Lawyers^®.

U.S. News Media Group, the nation's leading source of rankings and service journalism, and Best Lawyers^®, the leading survey of lawyers worldwide, joined together to expand the U.S. News signature "America's Best" series to include rankings of law firms. The October U.S. News & World Report – Best Lawyers^® issue is the inaugural publication of law firm ranking, evaluating over 3,000 organizations based on quality of legal services and on place to work.

In determining top organizations, U.S. News - Best Lawyers scores resulted in placement on metropolitan lists in tier levels, and the first tier included renowned firms such as Connell Foley.
