ROSELAND, NJ, May 11, 2010 --- Connell Foley partners John D. Cromie and James P. Rhatican were highlighted in the April/May 2010 issue of New Jersey & Company magazine in an article entitled, "All in the Fine Print".  The article addressed pitfalls that a developer may encounter in building a sustainable or "green" building and the important issues to be addressed in drafting and negotiating construction documents.  Both attorneys provided keen insight in minimizing risk and property allocating liability in such documents.
