Pizzi Featured in New Jersey & Company on Social Media Workplace Issues

 

ROSELAND, NJ, April 23, 2010 --- Connell Foley partner Peter J. Pizzi was featured in the March 2010 Edition of New Jersey & Company magazine in an article on the impact of social media in the workplace.  The article “To Tweet or Not to Tweet” also discuses the impending US Supreme Court decision Ontario v. Quon and how it may shape cyber liability.

 

Pizzi is on the Executive Committee of the NYSBA’s Commercial and Federal Litigation Section and Co-Chair of the Section’s Internet and Litigation Committee. He also is former co-chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Internet and Computer Law Committee.
