Walsh Featured in New Jersey Business Magazine Article on

Recession Survival 

 

Roseland, NJ, January 5, 2009 --- Connell Foley partner Liza M. Walsh was quoted in the January 2009 edition of New Jersey Business magazine.  The article was titled “Recession Survival” and quoted Ms. Walsh on the subject of the recession’s impact on professional services companies.  In part, Ms. Walsh commented that she is “seeing an increase in restructurings, bankruptcies and litigation, but also a heightened focus on early resolution of disputes, including over severance terms.” The complete article is available here.
