Michael Bojbasa is a member of the
Aviation Law practice group,
representing the interests of major
airlines, including suits involving
in-flight incidents, premises
liability, the Montreal Convention,
and discrimination claims.
Mr. Bojbasa is also a member
of the firm’s team involved in
representing one of defendants
involved in the consolidated
litigation arising out of the events
of September 11th. In
addition to aviation law, Mr.
Bojbasa represents the interests of
major national property and
liability insurers and the interests
of their insureds, in premises
liability and products liability
litigation.
At Hofstra
University School of Law, Mr.
Bojbasa was a research editor of the
Hofstra Labor and Employment Law
Journal. He also participated in the
National Institute for Trial
Advocacy Program (NITA), dealing
extensively with trial techniques
and procedures.
