Governor McGreevey Signs Prevailing Wage Enhancement Law

On Thursday, September 5, 2002, Governor McGreevey signed S575/A214 into law requiring the payment of prevailing wages in construction projects receiving Commerce and Economic Growth Commission or Economic Development Authority assistance. It is one of several initiatives in the current legislative session regarding the Prevailing Wage Act.
